Feedback in April 2025 received from a contractor engaged to resolve a plant breakdown due to a roller assembly having shattered bearings and a damaged shaft. We reverse-engineered and manufactured a replacement for the damaged shaft, and fitted it within the roller, with new taper-lock bushings and bearings, all within 24 hours.
